Approach
On site presence and maximal user involvement
Our approach always starts with the physical presence of a solution architect or a business analyst. In cooperation with the people who will be using the new system we start the design phase. When this design is approved by all parties involved we start building in iterative cycles so we don't deviate from the desired end result. After the software is almost done, we deliver it for user acceptance tests, followed by go-live.

In this phase we meet up with the client on location to get a really good feel of what the exact specifications are.

Here we will propose a design, that is not carved in stone but to prevent wrong expectations in an early phase.

HPC is a European software company and our specialists work all around the continent but are mostly based in Malta, Portugal and the Netherlands. We love to work with digital nomads but our architects and business analysts will always be available for on site coordination.
Hybrid working
Architects and business analysts will always be available for hybrid, on-site collaboration. We have specialists fluent in English, Portuguese, Dutch and German.
Online communication
Everybody is used to working online nowadays and the current tooling is of such good quality that a project does not need everyone in the same room all the time.
Working on site
People are used to hybrid working and not eager for full-time projects on a fixed location anymore. However, if you need a project member on site, please ask and we'll see what we can do.
